Figaro suites was a clean and relatively quiet location. I’m coming from out of the country I couldn’t get the mobile key to download but there was a reception area where I could go and get a physical key. It worked like a charm and had a great stay!

I am very happy with my stay, the only minus was, that i heard every guest who returned back to their room at night, which woke me up at night,but i was at ground floor so thats why. Overall i did like this accommodation very much!

It's not far away from central. You just take tram only 10 mins to the city. Near by hotel there are some shopping mall , tesco. Easy to find some nice foods there and nice choice to choose here as a long vacation cause have a small kitchen in the room if you want to cooked some foods. But rememer no matter how long you stay no cleaning during stay. If you want extra cleaning you need to pay 10 euro per 1 time.

Making you pay in advance in Euro separately from Expedia for a really bad exchange rate is kind of a scam. Communication in general is difficult on how to get access when you arrive after the reception closes after 8 pm. Rooms are spacious and it's nice to have a kitchen. Beds are small but comfy. But depending on the room it can be very loud or hot and you can't really open a window. Overall not the best experience for that price.

Perfect for a short trip to prague

Was a bit skeptical about this property due to previous reviews. However, the price and location was what I went for and I’m so glad I did! The apartment was exactly what we needed, basic but had everything we wanted. The only thing I would say it’s lacking is a full length mirror and maybe a lamp so you don’t have to use the bright lights in the evening. The apartment appeared clean in general, however the bottom of our socks were dirty from walking on the floor so the floor cleanliness was the only thing stopping me rating this a 5 star. The apartment location is perfect. It is on a busy main road and previous reviews mentioned it was noisy and they couldn’t sleep at night. We had no issues here, if you’re a light sleeper then maybe there would be a problem but we slept well. Great for a short trip to Prague if you have basic needs and don’t want to spend a lot!

Disappointment.

We booked holiday 19th-22th of December and I sent lot of messages/emails etc to ask where I can find the keys. I said that we gonna arrive 8pm and we got the email about keys next day 0:20 am. So we could not wait that long ofc. They send me message next morning saying that they send me couple of sms but I did not receive any of them. Customer service was rude and didn’t even answer our messages anymore…

The Management is extremely hard to contact as they simply don’t answer any numbers they have given, nor do they answer through your facilities. A face to face request to clean the room (for €10) was positively accepted but when I returned a few hours later, nothing had been done. Everything is new, many things missing, eg a wardrobe and reading light in bed. The only light provided is a 1000 W facility in the roof that requires sun shades. I also find it a bit too expensive.

I was disappointed with my stay at this property for several reasons. First, the mattress in the room had uneven heights, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, I had an unpleasant encounter with a receptionist on December 31st. After checking out, we left our luggage at the hotel and returned later to pick it up. When we politely asked if we could use the restroom, the receptionist responded very rudely, saying that there was no toilet available. It’s hard to believe that a hotel hosting guests doesn’t have a toilet for visitors to use. There was no public restroom nearby, so we had to wait for about an hour to find a place to go. It was extremely frustrating, especially since we had been guests at the hotel for a week. Furthermore, the attitude of the receptionist was unprofessional and rude when we left our luggage (just one suitcase and one backpack) for a few hours. It felt like we were being treated as if we were asking for something unreasonable. Overall, I was really disappointed with the level of service at this property.
