Horrible location, hard to get to by car. Reception staff is very rude. Gave us a key to an occupied room, then when we came back down and informed them, they tell us "that's just not possible". My only mistake was not taking pictures of the room for proof, our only thought was we need to get out of this person's room. They offered a different room but could not assure us that someone else would not get a key to our room. They have no parking on site, want you to pay them first in cash for parking and tell you to park at another hotel. Felt very unsafe after going into someone else's room and not knowing if that would happen to me. Would not recommend at all.

Great Location and Outstanding Breakfast

Hotel Astoria turned out to be the perfect base for exploring Prague. The location couldn’t be better—you can walk to most of the city’s must-see sights, which made getting around super easy. Our room was clean, cozy, and just what we needed after a day of exploring. But the real standout? The breakfast. Honestly, it was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had—tons of variety and all included in the stay. If you’re looking for a comfortable hotel in a great spot with food that will keep you fueled for sightseeing, I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Two days in Prague

It was a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The hotel was kind enough and giving me the accessible room, which is next to the reception. There was a small outdoor balcony, which was very nice touch. The location is fantastic. Very close to the astronomical clock. the breakfast was also delicious.

The staff at the reception were very rude and not at all friendly or welcoming. We were early so didn’t get our room until the afternoon. Which was fine but the way the staff treated us wasn’t pleasant at all. We were quite upset. The breakfast was very nice, and the staff were very polite and friendly.

Great little hotel with a great location, rooms were very comfortable, they looked newly renovated. Very clean and friendly staff. We had breakfast included and we were very happy with the variety of food choices. Like I mentioned before, good location, 10 -15 minutes walk to landmarks and restaurants. All you need for a sorry stay in Prague

What a fantastic property. Great location- a few streets over from the center of the action so it’s easy to get everywhere but not super noisy. The room was spacious and new feeling- we had two twins and could have done cartwheels in the room. Breakfast was solid and yummy.

Stayed here with a mate on a holiday for 5 days. Overall, a convenient hotel with many walkable cites nearby and many shops to get essentials in. An ok ish breakfast offering, not very diverse range of items but will do for a short stay. The hotel is also very clean with cleaners every day. The only real issue we encountered was the deceiving fact that the rooms were incredibly small and also some of our conversations at reception was a bit difficult due to a translation and language barrier - baring in mind we speak English. Overall, a nice, safe and recommendable hotel!
