Had a great 4-night stay here. The buffet breakfast had heaps of options and the onsite restaurant was very good. The staff were super helpful and provided local advice. The location was great with transport options really close by!

Check in at 2pm, 4th floor, digital safe, sloping roof, clean bathroom and bed, shower had very little power, toiletries provided. Breakfast as always was amazing, fried, cooked, continental, plenty of choice and good value, the only downside to breakfast is a lack of seats if the hotel is full and everyone arrives same time. The hotel could do with another lick of paint and a bit of refurbishing, plus it is no longer an all night reception, I think it closes at 8pm or 9pm. Transport links are perfect a tram stop outside and metro 5 mins away, Tesco supermarket 1 min or large one 5 mins

309 nolu odada kaldık . Yatak bazası kırıktı . Yataktan kaynaklı olacağını düşündük ama son gün yatağı kaldırdığımızda bazanın kırık olduğunu gördük . Oda tesliminde bunun gözden kaçması hiç hoş değil. Diğer yönleri ile odalar geniş ve temiz , otel her yere ulaşım olarak rahat zaten şehrin her noktasına çok sık geçen tramvay ağı mevcut , otelden yürüyerek merkeze kolaylıkla gideceğiniz konumdadır .

Zentral und doch nicht mittendrin. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind vom Hotel aus zu Fuß erreichbar. Am Wochenende parkt man auf der Straße vor dem Hotel auch kostenlos, was der Urlaubskasse zu gute kommt. Die Dame an der Rezeption könnte ein wenig mehr Lächeln, aber mit ihr hat man auch nur zur An- und Abreise zu tun und dann passt das schon. Das Personal im Frühstücksrestaurant hingegen war sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Der Frühstücksraum war etwas eng, bedenkt man die empfohlenen Abstandsregelungen, können diese dort nicht eingehalten werden. Das Zimmer war sauber, groß genug für Zwei, alles bestens Wir waren eine Nacht und haben uns wohlgefühlt.
