Fully furnished new loft apartment with a size of 45 m2 located in the attic of an apartment building. The originally historic building underwent a complete sensitive reconstruction. The house is very quiet, there is an elevator, it has a convenient location in a quiet street with excellent access to the center of Prague. The Grébovka park is within close reach, the windows of the apartment have a view of this park. High speed internet is free.

The interior consists of a hallway with an integrated wardrobe, a bathroom including a toilet, a living room and a bedroom open to the maisonette. The apartment has air conditioning and recovery. The kitchenette is fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, there are dishes and cooking utensils. In addition, in the apartment you will find enough storage space, TV, blinds, cleaning products, bed linen and towels. A communal laundry room with sufficient washer/dryers is upstairs for free use.

In the living room there is a sofa bed for up to two people. The rent is set for two people, if the apartment is occupied by more people, it applies as follows: three people - the supplement is 100 EUR/month in addition to the basic rent, four people - the supplement is 200 EUR/month in addition to the basic rent.
