First time in Prague

Excellent location, close enough to everything but not in the middle of the overly crowded Old Town. Less than a 5 minute walk would get you to a tram stop to take you just about anywhere. Lots of good restaurants nearby. As listed the apartment was a 1 bedroom with ample area to relax. The shower was great but the bed was too hard for us and the the pillows had no structure. We would stay again. Robert and Loretta

Retirement trip

The location was good for us, close to the trams to take us around. Great restaurants close by. Since there is no air conditioning, I’f you sleep with the windows open, you will street noise at night. It is not bad, but be aware it is a busy part of Praha one

Clean, central location

The property was exactly as advertised. Friendly owner, who was helpful in setting up the window a/c which was a godsend on the 97 degree F day in Prague

Leider Können wir dieses Appartement und die Gastgeber nicht weiterempfelen.

Das Bett war kaputt, der Rahmen durchgebrochen und notdürftig repariert. Unserer Bitte, es in Ordnung zu bringen, kam man nicht nach. Es ist dann ganz zerbrochen und wir haben Bücher untergebaut. Die Rollen der Schiebetüre waren aus den Laufschienen gebrochen. Sie ließ sich kaum öffnen. Nach Bemängelung der dreckigen Toilette(Staub, Haare, Dreck) wurde kurz drübergewischt. Die Duschkabine total verschmiert, wahrscheinlich nur kurz durch geduscht, keineswegs gereinigt. Am Siphon eine dicke Staub- und Dreckschicht, wie überall in den Ecken auch. Der Kühlschrank auch dreckig, das Eisfach so vereist, die Türe ging nicht zu! Küchentisch und Arbeitsflächen schlecht gereinigt. Hinter der Kaffeemaschine ein großer Kaffeefleck vom Vormieter. In den Ecken der Arbeitsplatte klebriger Dreck, in der Schublade mit den Töpfen und im Schrank der Mülltonne auch. Die Böden nicht gewischt. Wir haben der Vermieterin geschrieben, um eine Lösung zu finden. Die Antwort ernüchternd: Wir sollten die Wohnung stornieren und wären auf den Kosten sitzen geblieben. Putz- und frisches Bettzeug haben wir auch nicht bekommen. In den bisherigen Ferienwohnungen waren wir immer sehr zufrieden. So was kannten wir nur aus den Medien und hatten diese Berichte immer für sehr übertrieben gehalten. Gerne hätten wir uns diese Bewertung gespart! Da aber leider keine Kommunikation möglich war, wählen wir diesen Weg um unseren Unmut Luft zu machen.

Zentrale Lage; für 3 Personen ok

Kleine Wohnung in top Lage. Küche vorhanden, würde aber aufs Kochen verzichten. Es hat viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. PP findet man in einer Entfernung von ca. 10 Min. Fussmarsch. Wenn man weiss wo, kann man für knapp 60 Korunen 24h parken.

Sauberkeit der Wohnung: Naja. Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Mitten im beliebten Zentrum von Prag. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter!

Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung

Gutes Appartement, mit Klimaanlage. Viele Clubs, Restaurants sowie eine Mall mit Supermarkt innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind ebenfalls sehr sah. Schnelles WLAN sowie Internet-Fernsehen (über Smart-TV’s) mit ein paar deutschen Kanälen sind vorhanden. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.
