The best place we have ever stayed..High end everything. The staff was so friendly and helpful with suggestions as to where to go, etc. Rooms were stunning and so comfortable. Would highly recommend this place to stay, can't wait to go back Sheila Oakes

Lots to love. Excellent position in the city everywhere easily walkable, supermarkets and Palladium shopping centre minutes away. Room very comfortable and warm. Exceptionally clean. Bathroom luxurious and beautifully finished. Sumptuous robes. Kitchenette with fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, hob and microwave. Loved the lighting. 24 staffed entrance and all the staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in you. Negatives were the lack of any English TV channels apart from Euronews, and soundproofing- which is perhaps tricky in such a historic building.

This is a great hotel. About 10 min walk to Old Town Square. And it’s a straight walk on a major street, so fairly safe. Also the proximity to the big mall was very helpful. The 24 hr front desk is nice. And the staff are friendly and courteous. We had 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms apartment. The living room and kitchen space is decent. Also had most of the amenities. But the bedrooms are small. With the bed there is not much room for anything else. The biggest issue we had was the dryer not working in the washer/dryer unit. This was mid point in our trip and we were counting on that. The hotel provided drying rack so we made it work. But it was very inconvenient. Overall it was a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

The room was great when we first arrived, but on a third day they didn't clean it and left all the garbage inside the room. We have to ask at least to take it out. The property was really nice, but lucking closet space. Other then that we had a very pleasant stay.

Sophisticated facilities in room and kitchen with cookware and plenty of cutlery and crockery, and also provided washing machine in washroom, excellent pillow and bed, and the staff extremely helpful and friendly, experienced really warm welcome. We were transferred to the new si6 residences around the corner, absolutely lovely accommodation, brand new, modern, comfortable, fantastic location. Walkable to the main square with a tram stop 50 metres away, perfect base to explore Prague. Antonio on the reception was incredibly helpful and the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard on a daily basis. Would highly recommended
