The apartment is located in a very convenient location - 10 min walk to Charles Bridge/Kampa Park/Lennon Wall; 15 to 20 min walk to Old Town and Prague Castle. We enjoyed our morning coffee and snacks at Coffe Vescovi across the street, and lunch and dinner at the fantastic restaurants Luka Lu and Carmelita Pizzeria downstairs from the apartment. A nice Chinese grocery store (Fivuza?), a friendly kabab place, and other restaurants are also nearby. This part of Prague is not crowded with tourists and gets quiet at night which is great. Trams do pass in front of the building but with upgraded windows the noise was barely noticeable and did not bother us. Laundry machine worked well - no dryer but laundry dried quickly overnight. We highly recommend the apartment and the location for your Prague visit.

Schönes kleines Apartment in TOP Lage , ca 6-10 Gehminuten entfernt von der Karlsbrücke. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hat uns freundlich empfangen ( auch zur späten Stunde) . Auch dass er uns noch zum nahe gelegenen Parkplatz begleitet hat war sehr zuvorkommend ( ansonsten hätten wir es nicht gefunden :-)) Das Apartment an sich ist neu renoviert. Die Küche etc ist top. Die Dusche und das WC sind sauber, allerdings nicht modern und auch nicht renoviert, aber in Ordnung. Wir waren fünf Erwachsene. Oben befinden sich 3 Betten,, 2 Mussten unten auf dem Sofa schlafen, was nicht besonders bequem war. Gegenüber gibt es ein Cafe zum Frühstücken und eine Bar und Restaurant ist auch um die Ecke. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt

Muy mala la experiencia, primero pagué 5 días y nos qdamos 4 según el dueño porque había una avería, las llaves buscarla en un restaurante, y el aparcamiento si nos dio la llaves pero rápido porque estábamos mal aparcados, eso fue el trato con el dueño y por teléfono, el apartamento no está mal pero la cocina le faltan cosas y las que hay para cocinar están viejas, todos los días mandándole mensajes del abono del día 1 ya q había pagado de más y me dice que al final , me manda un mensaje por mi email y me pide 81€ de más , cosa q en su anuncio del apartamento no pone pagos de aparcamiento ni de perro ni de nada que el me pide, quiere 159€ del día q no estuvimos mas 81€ no lo pienso pagar nada más. Ya creo que con 159€ q el no me va a devolver ya le pagué de sobras. Salvo eso la ciudad de Praga es perfecta.
