Start your day with a cup coffee on the sunny balcony. Live in a new building on a historic street ... perfect!
Only 3 mins walk to the main Square - Wenceslas and 10 mins walk to the heart of Prague- Old Town Square - you will experience the beauty of this great historical city.
All the downtown restaurants, shopping and cultural events are very walkable from our sunny apartment.

There is a parking place nearby for 30 euros per night - by request
Luggage storage nearby for 2 eur per bag

Its Quiet and central flat in a renovated building right next to the main Wenceslas Square. Minutes walk to Everything.

The flat is private, has own balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped, has fridge with freezer. Bathroom has a shower and washing machine.

There is a TV in the room without channels, but its Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix.

We have a self checkin - this will make your arrival easy and smooth.

Check-in and check-out outside of standard hours are possible only upon request and prior agreement.

You can choose between a non-refundable or a refundable rate.
Non-refundable means no refund will be issued in case of cancellation.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors – only allowed on the balcony with closed balcony door.
A fine of €50 may be charged for violating this rule.

Parties are not allowed.
In case of a party in the apartment, you will be required to leave immediately without any refund.

Please remember to switch off all electrical appliances before leaving the flat.
