Liked: Cleanliness
The communication was terrible. I had conversations in the app with customer service reps where we would make specific arrangements and then other reps wouldn't know anything about it. Does no one read full conversations or share information? Then they tried to gaslight me when I reported that the key code wasn't working and it was their error.They should also have shared that the hallway between the front door and the rest of the apartment was not heated during the winter.
