On the second floor there are three bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a double bed, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom with Jacuzzi. All rooms have access to the panoramic terrace.
The attic consists of a living area with kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The relaxation area near the swimming pool, equipped with shower, sofas and sun loungers, is ideal for relaxing and enjoying pleasant moments outdoors.
There is also a barbecue in the garden.
During the summer season, the area offers festivals and events, where you can taste typical local products.
The seafront of Praia a Mare is about 2 km from the house, from here you can easily reach the famous resorts along the coast such as Diamante, Belvedere Marittimo, Scalea and the nearby Maratea with clubs, discos and pubs.
