A dona foi muito simpática, o apartamento é excelente, bem equipado, mas infelizmente não podemos utilizar a piscina e fomos obrigados a utilizar pulseiras de controle, e tivemos problemas por tirar para ir a praia para não ficar com as marcas no braço, e o sindico através da coacao queria nos obrigar a manter a pulseira mesmo dentro do apartamento , ou seja, invadindo nossa privacidade, o que foi muito incomodo para nós. Eu sugiro que como tem câmeras, apos o check-in utilizar a pulseira somente no caso de circular nas dependências do condomínio.

O imóvel estava muito limpo a sacada de frente para o mar e toda fechada com vidros ficou melhor ainda não precisa nem de tv é só contemplar a vista.

Muito bom

Apartamento ótimo, um visual incrível para o mar. Super arejado extremamente limpo, tudo bem organizado, prédio com muitas regras ( mas isso é positivo) conseguimos acessar todas as câmeras do prédio pela TV da sala do ap. Prédio q sentimos bastante segurança. Tudo absolutamente tudo funciona no ap. Voltaria com certeza.
