Bebida paga na hora.

Ótimo atendimento, porem total decepção com o bar da piscina. Estando no ambiente da piscina, fui até o bar para pegar duas bebidas, quando o atendente solicita meu nome e apto, anota e depois informa que tem que ser pago na hora. Isso foi incrível. Não um aviso sequer com essa informação em todo o hotel. Indignado fui buscar o dinheiro para pagar. Porem para minha surpresa o mesmo não tinha troco. ai pude pegar as bebidas sem pagar. Tempo depois fui buscar mais duas, e a mesma resposta, tem que pagar na hora. Questionei sobre o fato anterior. Porem de nada adiantou. Irritado fui embora sem as bebidas. Pessoa totalmente despreparada, ou mau treinada. Fica a dica....

segunda vez que estive no Tri Hotel, mas desta vez achei que cai um pouco a qualidade no atendimento, desde a recepção até o portão de entrada voltando da praia. Havia também uma fita de controle onde nos daria mais segurança na entrada da piscina e volta da praia.

Um bom lugar para passeio

Lugar agradável com limpeza impecável e um café da manhã excelente, só que na recepção deixou a desejar. O quarto que reservei era para ser com vista para a cidade e me deram um quarto com vista nenhuma, no dia de ir embora recebi dois avisos para deixar o quarto um 12:24 e o outro 15:10 sendo que fiz o checkout era 11:48. Depois me mandaram a cobrança da diária do quarto sendo que eu já tinha realizado no site hotel.com me cobraram novamente pelo mesmo quarto.

Não foi boa. Chuveiro quebrado (inclinado para parede), chão do quarto e banheiro emplastado, escorregando. Café da manhã, mesas sujas pela quantidade de hospedes e poucos funcionários, espera para abastecer o buffet. Na recepção fui obrigado a mostrar o pagamento no cartão de crédito, pois não queriam liberar a saída, porque informaram que o pagamento foi extornado, que não foi a verdade, então enviaram a informação para a sua central, somente depois é que fui liberado, muito constragedor é lamentável que façam isso com os hospedes.

Hotel com estrutura física boa. No entanto, com diversas outras questões: estacionamento estava lotado, banheiro sem blindex tinha que usar rodo. Café da manhã com pessima reposicao, pouca variedade e pessima limpeza. Para sentar precisei eu mesmo limpar a mesa para me acomodar.
