Casa Cinque amazing Sea View private garden

Casa Cinque is the perfect apartment for a couple and for a romantic trip! It lies in a idyllic location in the upper part of the village of Vettica Maggiore, the most panoramic area of Praiano, overlooking the azure Mediterranean Sea, the island of Capri and the glittering Positano. The property has an area of 40 square meters and has been completely restored in 2013 with new furnishing and appliances. The best part of the house is its garden, well-appointed with a parasol, 2 sunbeds on a soft grass! The house consists of a living room with a divan (it is NOT a bed), a dining table with four chairs. The room has a built-in kitchenette featuring a 4 burners gas stove, electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, and an American filter coffee machine. The living room has access to the magnificent master bedroom that includes a double bed (it cannot be transformed into two single ones, sorry). The room has an amazing, vaulted ceiling.

The house bathroom features a shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin. We also have a clothes\' washer located in an outdoor closet.

You can access the terrace from both rooms (living room and bedroom).

We are in the town center, at 5 minutes\' walk using the ramp of stairs of via Casa Cinque. Most of the best restaurants and bars in town are in a 10 minutes’ walk ray. No need to have a car for this location. The property does not have a nearby private garage or parking, yet you could park along the street, not too distant from home.



Main town bus stop number 7, served from Sitasud, is at 5 minutes away. Our closest Interno Praiano bus stop is number 16. Positano and Amalfi at are at 30 minutes away from Praiano on a bus or car ride.
