La Casetta is a delightful and cozy apartment offering breathtaking panoramic sea views, just a short stroll from the heart of Praiano. Less than a 10-minute walk from the village center. Whilst you\'ll find charming local restaurants and a handy bus stop right at the bottom of our building. A food store is located a 3-minute walk climbing up to the nearby Piazza Antico Seggio.



The apartment spans approximately 60 square meters and includes a spacious outdoor terrace of about 50 square meters. To reach this serene retreat, you’ll ascend two short flights of around 30 steps from the main road, Via Umberto I. While there’s no lift, the climb is well worth it for the stunning views and easy access to local amenities.



It’s an ideal choice for those who prefer to avoid lengthy climbs, as the apartment is conveniently located just 30 steps from Via Umberto I.



Nearby, you’ll find a food store in Piazza Antico Seggio, just a 3-minute walk away, and a butcher shop within a 5 to 10-minute walk. The beach at Marina di Praia is a leisurely 20-minute walk downhill, and you can catch a local bus back to avoid the steep climb home.



Inside, the apartment features a welcoming bedroom, a full bathroom, a comfortable living room with a sofa, and air conditioning. There’s a dining area and a separate kitchenette, well-equipped for your culinary adventures. The large terrace, with its stunning sea view, is furnished with a table and chairs, two sunbeds, and a parasol—perfect for enjoying the refreshing sea breeze that naturally cools the air during the warm summer months.



La Casetta comfortably accommodates two guests in its double bed bedroom, with the option to use the sofa as two additional single beds for up to two children in the separate living room (note: additional costs apply).



Parking during the high season can be challenging in this area. Just 50 meters away, there is a dedicated area for non-residents in paid town lots.
