The Moressa apartment is a beautifully renovated retreat nestled in the heart of Praiano’s charming upper historic district, just 20 stairs from Via Umberto I along the communal stairway of Via Duomo. Situated on the first floor of a quaint, traditional building, it provides a peaceful escape from the bustling main road of the Amalfi Coast. Perfect for family vacations, this stylish apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a 4-burner gas stove, a fridge/freezer, crockery, and pans—everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.



Inside, the apartment offers a cozy and thoughtfully designed space, including a master bedroom with air conditioning for comfort. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, cooled by a powerful fan. The main bedroom also has reverse air conditioning and heating, which helps cool and warm the rest of the apartment.



The apartment includes two brand-new, fully renovated bathrooms—each featuring a modern enclosed shower—offering added comfort and convenience for guests.

From there, you can embark on boat trips to Capri or take local water taxis to explore other nearby beaches. In the evenings, the beach area becomes a magical destination, with sparkling lights, lively restaurants, and bars creating an unforgettable atmosphere.



Marina di Praia beach is also just a 5-minute shuttle ride away, with frequent public buses running throughout the year, including late-night services. The main Sitasud bus line, accessible via bus stop number 9, is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment.



If you are lovers of hiking and trekking, you’ll be in the right place: Praiano is near the Sentiero degli Dei, a well-known ancient high-mountain trail offering spectacular views. Praiano is located midway between Amalfi and Positano, about 8 km from both, making it the ideal starting point for your hikes.



From Amalfi, you can take ferries to Capri, Ischia, and Naples; Salerno, Sorrento, and Ravello are accessible by SITA buses. You can also reach Pompeii by car or by taking the Circumvesuviana from Sorrento, and Paestum by car or train from Salerno.
