The Amalfi coast is characterized by the steep rocky mountains falling sheer into the sea. Casa S. Luca really captures the beauty of the Amalfi Coast with its fantastic views and a nice walk down to the sea. The apartment is nicely decorated with a comfortable homely feel to it; to reach the Casa S. Luca there are about 40 steps to get down. The house is made up of: A combined living with sofa/dining room and kitchen corner well furnished with oven, microwave and fridge; A bedroom with a double bed with window with access to a single bedroom and with a complete bathroom with a shower; A bedroom with double bed or twin with window; A complete bathroom with shower; A terrace (c.a.80 mq) well furnished with table and chairs with a beautiful view of the coast line. On foot (for those who like to walk) is about 1.5km via shortcuts with stairs Positano and the beach are reachable by public bus: the stop is located at 100 mt far from the apartment. Restaurants, bar and shops are nearby in 5/10 min. walking through a panoramic road that connected the upper side of the village with the centre. The property is located in nice area, however there were multiple issues caused painful experience: windows leaking resulting water everywhere in the family room, cleaning service doesn't replenish essential and leaking refrigerator. San Luca

The location of the apartment is great (below the church square) and all facilities (2 bathrooms) splendid. To be fair, it must be mentioned that the accessibility is only on foot (paid parking is 100 meters away.) The fantastic view and the terrace are terrific. We had wonderful summer holidays, the tips during the welcome briefing were helpful. At the Amalfi Coast you have to climb stairs! It goes always up and down, but all the views on this rocky coastline compensate for every physical effort.
