100 m2 apartment facing south with a large south facing balcony facing the mountains.
The apartment is completely renovated and decorated with care. It benefits from all the comfort facilities.

The apartment consists of:
- a large room with American kitchen, dining room and living room
- Four bedrooms (Two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a sleeping alcove with bunk beds)
- sofa bed in addition to the living room
- two bathrooms

The chalet L CORTI enjoys a privileged location, quiet with a flat terrain allowing sunny lunches on the terrace in summer and games in the snow in winter.

For the comfort of guests, the apartment has its own wifi network, a flat screen TV, a stereo, Blu-ray player.

Beginner slopes and hiking start are in the immediate vicinity. The chalet also includes large ski lockers per apartment as well as shared facilities: laundry room with washing machine, dryer, freezer storage.

The shops and the snow front are at 600 m and easily accessible on foot. We have a partnership with a ski rental shop that offers heated ski lockers off the slopes.

The Pralognan alpine ski area benefits from good natural snow and snow guns and slopes of varying levels. In addition for stays of one week and to vary the pleasures, it is possible to opt for a ski pass which offers the possibility to spend a day on the domain of Courchevel (25 minutes by shuttle or car) or La Plagne (15 minutes).

In addition to alpine skiing, the Pralognan resort also offers cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing, as well as a swimming pool, spa, bowling, cinema, ice rink etc.
In summer, hiking departures are in the immediate vicinity and the activities of the village are numerous: besides those already mentioned, Via Ferrata, mountaineering, baptism of helicopter, paragliding, discovery of glaciers ...

The authentic village of Pralognan offers throughout the summer / winter season many activities (Alpe feast, sled dogs for the great crossing, trails, etc ... inquire for the program)
