The house offers four bedrooms plus a children’s playroom with two twin bunk beds, 3.5 bathrooms, a massive living room, a dedicated billiards room with a full-sized pool table and fully equipped bar (liquor not included… ;), two wood-burning fireplaces, a sauna, and acres of land to explore.

The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped, with marble counters, stainless steel appliances, and clean modern finishes. The adjacent dining room seats eight comfortably — perfect for long dinners, board games, or celebratory weekends. Two stone steps lead down to the grand living room, where oversized seating surrounds a wood-burning fireplace and smart TV for relaxed evenings in.

Upstairs, the primary suite is expansive, with a king bed, its own sitting area, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony. The neighboring upstairs bedroom also features a king bed, dedicated workspace, and ensuite bath. Both upstairs bathrooms share access to the sauna. On the main floor, you’ll find a queen bedroom and a twin room that share a full bath. The children’s playroom includes two twin bunk beds, a large cozy couch, smart TV, and games and puzzles.

The billiards room has its own fireplace and seating nook, along with the pool table and bar — an ideal late-night hangout space once the kids are asleep.

Outside, the backyard is made for long days and easy evenings: hot tub, fire pit, grill, oversized outdoor dining table, playset, and open lawn for running around. Deer regularly graze at dusk. The property leads directly to a beautiful creek, accessible via a short walk along our curved path. Bring a few chairs, a drink, and settle in. It feels wonderfully removed from everything.

Please note: the home is almost entirely private BUT -- across the driveway is another home where a farmer, a very sweet gentleman who works the land, lives. The back yard area is on the opposite side of the house to where the farmer lives so any potential encounters with him would be minimal.
