The room smells musty and the floors become slippery when the AC is on. The manager stated he is aware there is an issue with moisture in some rooms but he recommend keeping the AC above 75. That did not help the moisture still accumulated. So trying to sleep in those conditions was horrible!!

Staff at desk were absent during peak check in time late afternoon . Had to call number to get there attention , they where talking in back about personal business that i could here when standing at counter. This comment is only to address and make them more professional.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very nice and exactly as described — the room matched the pictures perfectly and was super clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and everything felt well taken care of. Great experience overall — I’ll definitely be back again!

Absolutely horrific. No one would answer the phone and check me in. Had to scramble for another room. Multiple signs saying late check ins were no problem with the number I and corporate called with no response. Looked like someone quit on the job. Pure incompetence!

We arrived after hours. No staff on site. Called corporate, was told the general manager had someone on their way. Overall, we waited over an hour. Then we gave up and went somewhere else and paid for another hotel room. AVOID THIS PLACE.

The staff was very friendly when we could get someone to the desk. They were very accommodating. The room was relatively clean. The towels and outer bed coverings need to be replaced. They appear to have stains from usage.

Staff would not let us check in because we arrived at 10:30 even though this is meant to be an 24 hour staffed hotel and we were told we could check in late. The manager was one of the rudest I’ve ever encountered and did not care we were 8 hours from home with nowhere to stay as long as she didn’t have to come back to the property. we had to unexpectedly book a new hotel. Would not recommend staying here.
