Perfect for single travelers! It was a busy day that I checked in, so you could tell the cleaning was done hurriedly from small things, but the main things (bedding, kitchenette, shower, etc) were very clean, and the staff is so nice!! It is a little weird that they have the kitchenette but absolutely no cookware or dishes. They don’t have breakfast, so it’s a perfect amenity…except it’s useless if you aren’t traveling with skillets and pots lol. The main issue was the hallway smell on the floor I was on. Not sure if someone had an accident out there or what but it was BAD my entire stay! AND STILLLLLL the location, staff, and overall comfort/cleanliness are so great for the rate that I’ll definitely be returning!

Bring your own everything

Where do I start. Hotel is new so expectations were high. Entered room and no coverings on bed at all. Just a mattress. No linens or towels in room. Manager Anthony was very helpful and brought us sheets and blankets and towels on 2 separate trips. Then refrigerator didn't work. Brand new. The circuit breaker in panels wouldn't stay on. So he brought us an extension cord at our request and we plugged it into a different outlet to get it working. My wife took shower this morning and during shower the lights turned off automatically leaving her in the dark. I had to come in and rescue her. The room is set up with kitchen and sink and hot plates but there are no utensils or plates or cups so you have to bring your own to stock kitchen. No coffee maker in room so you have to go to lobby to make a cup in machine. No breakfast at all. So it's a nice clean room but bare bones and we had to do a lot of work to make it livable for one night.

They were not ready to open for business yet, there was no wifi and they even asked us to contact their wifi company ourselves. When we booked a room on your website, it said that internet access was included. However, we didn't have internet access to contact the outside world for two days. This violated the internet promise. I think you should refund me.

Clean for the most part. There were drywall dust piles in the room and the lobby smelled like propane (the smell was over powering and unhealthy for workers and customers to stay in for more than 1 minute). Customer service was professional, nice and very helpful. Would stay here again but please fix the propane smell.

The room was not well stocked - no ice bucket, not enough towels. The adjustable bed frame legs weren’t level - we had to crawl under the bed and fix them. The interior of the building smelled like gas - the front desk person says it was the smell from the gas dryers in the laundry. Could smell it on the upper floor too though.
