This holiday apartment, located on the 1st floor of the residence with lift, comprises a living room with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen area, a bedroom with two single beds, a sleeping area with two single bunk beds, a bathroom with bath and a separate toilet.

The residence is located halfway between the village of Praz-Sur-Arly (about 300 metres on foot) and the ski slopes (approximately 600 metres). The new swimming lake, open in summer, is only 450 metres from this holiday rental.
You will have access to a covered parking space, outdoor parking and a private ski locker. The west-facing balcony offers views of the surrounding mountains.

End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
