Located on the first floor of the residence with lift, this 29 m² mountain holiday rental comprises an entrance hall with two single bunk beds, a living/dining room, a bedroom with a double bed for two people, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.

The residence is located halfway between the village of Praz-sur-Arly (about 300 metres on foot) and the ski slopes (approximately 600 metres). The new swimming lake, open in summer, is only 450 metres from this holiday rental.
You will have a designated parking space in the basement and a private ski locker. The east-facing balcony offers views of the surrounding mountains.

End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
