The residence is located in the heart of the village of Praz-sur-Arly, not far from the slopes (approximately 600 metres). The new swimming lake, open in summer, is approximately 800 metres from the flat.
You will have a designated indoor parking space and a private ski locker. The accommodation has a north-facing balcony accessible from the living room.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
