The 43 m² apartment on the 2nd floor consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom (with an additional single bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment has a private balcony with views of the surrounding mountains, and you can use the communal whirlpool on the roof of the building to relax after a long day in the outdoors. During the warm months, you can enjoy the many hiking and cycling possibilities in the area, and the foots of famous mountain ridges such as the Catinaccio Group or the Seiser Alm pasture (Alpe di Siusi) are within a 40-60 minute drive (25-50 km). There you can also discover the amazing Sellaronda skiing area, while closer ski lifts like the Latemar ski center can be reached after a mere 5-minute drive (2 km). South Tyrol’s wonderful capital of Bolzano (Bozen) can be visited after one hour by car (48 km).
