This charming 100-year-old farmhouse with mountain views is set at 1,600 meters in the forest of Kasern/Prettau in South Tyrol, near the Austrian border. Enjoy the surrounding nature from the cozy, heated house through floor-to-ceiling windows. The chalet features 6 bedrooms (3 with a single bed each), a washroom with 2 showers, a separate guest WC, and a well-equipped kitchen offering breathtaking views of the Zillertal Alps and Rieserferner mountains. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a wooden box with board games for relaxing evenings by the South Tyrolean farmhouse stove. A private garden invites you to unwind and breathe in the fresh, clean mountain air.



The nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away (2.6 km). Only 100 m away is the visitor center of the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park, offering cross-country ski rental and hiking opportunities.
