Choose the ideal destination for a holiday or long weekend with multiple activities in this small seaside village nestled in the heart of the Jade Coast! Préfailles. Above all a family seaside resort holding the Blue Flag of Europe for the quality and cleanliness of its bathing waters and Natura 2000 sites since 2003. Its motto "Who gets wet stays" sums up the close link of the town with the sea.



Located a few steps from the town with shops, bars and restaurants and 200m from the large beach of Préfailles. This fully renovated house of 120m² on a closed and secure plot of 360m² can accommodate up to 8 people.



Like many charming houses of the vintage, it has a few steps and interior landings and consists of an entrance leading to a kitchen-dining area, equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home. (fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsules, toaster, kettle, raclette and crepe maker...) a toilet with shower and WC, a TV-Wifi lounge and table games, giving access to a shaded lounge terrace. The corridor serves a double bedroom (160), a room with an inseparable trundle bed (90-180), an independent bathroom with an Italian shower and laundry area (washing machine & tumble dryer) and an independent WC.



On the landing upstairs you will find 2 single beds (90x2) and a small attic room (140), both awaiting the installation of velux windows (January 2025). Not hindering the comfort of the house, we will not fail to share an update of our photos once the final work is completed.



The bright garden is designed so that you can park 2 cars and secure your bicycles (additional free spaces are available in front of the house) while enjoying a dining area, a lounge area with a shower, and a charcoal barbecue area with balls, loungers...
