Enjoy an extended weekend or a holiday with family or friends by staying in the former village ballroom from 1897. Renowned as La Raquette and now a vast Villa and its outbuildings of over 300m² on a closed and secure plot of 1200 m², capable of accommodating up to 13 people (maximum 11 adults)



Located in the heart of the picturesque streets of Préfailles town, a few steps from the beach, bakeries, bike rentals, cafés, and restaurants. This tourist accommodation in order of visit is composed of



A main house on one level, with an independent fully equipped kitchen with all necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (Gas cooker and electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsules, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and much more). A semi-open dining room leading to a large TV-wifi living room overlooking the terrace and garden. Along the long corridor, you will find an independent toilet, an independent bathroom, an independent table games room (games available) with a bed (1x90), a room with bunk beds (2x90), and a master suite (1x180) with a shower room, walk-in closet, and independent toilet.



An upper floor with external access, consisting of a large bedroom (1x180) with sea view balcony, a single room (1x90), and a bathroom and toilet.



Two outbuildings at the back of the garden, one comprising a living room, a bedroom (1x160), and an independent bathroom and toilet. The other consisting of a bedroom (1x160) and an independent bathroom and toilet.



For maximum comfort, garden furniture, parasols, a charcoal barbecue, and some sun loungers are provided. An external storeroom equipped with an American fridge-freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer completes this house.



You can secure your bikes under the lean-to and park up to 4 cars on the secure plot. For additional spaces, the beach parking is just a step away.
