Welcome to our lovingly furnished holiday apartment, which is ideal for a relaxed holiday for two on 25 m² - also gladly with an additional person. The private, covered balcony with southeast orientation offers you a wonderful view of the sea and invites you to enjoy your morning coffee in peace or to let the day end relaxed with a glass of wine.



The apartment features a bright bedroom with a comfortable double bed and SAT-TV. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: stove, oven, refrigerator, filter coffee machine and toaster are available, so you can prepare your favourite dishes. In the cosy dining area, up to four people can find a place, and an additional sofa bed is available for another guest.



The bathroom is designed in a modern style and equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet. Air conditioning, heating and WiFi ensure your well-being and are of course included. The separate entrance guarantees your privacy, and the apartment is barrier-free accessible. Smoking is allowed, but pets are not permitted.



The outdoor area offers a private parking space directly at the house as well as access to a large, fenced garden with an outdoor grill - perfect for preparing traditional Dalmatian dishes such as "Peka" yourself. For boat owners, a boat mooring is available in the nearby harbour upon request.



The location is simply ideal: Only about 100 metres separate you from a beautiful pebble beach with concreted plateaus. Supermarkets, restaurants and the town centre are in the immediate vicinity, and public transport is easily accessible. Surrounded by an old olive grove, you can enjoy peace and plenty of nature here.



Check-in is possible between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm, and check-out is between 7:00 am and 10:00 am. Please note that the tourist tax must be paid on site. The use of air conditioning and the trailer parking space are subject to a fee and can be booked upon request. Included in the rental price are final cleaning, bed linen, towels, and all ancillary costs for electricity, water, gas, and WiFi. No deposit is required.
