For shared use: natural state property 1'200 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden, swimming pool (above ground) kidney-shaped (8 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. 50 m long steep, narrow motor access to the house (ramp). Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Shop 3 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bakery 3 km, café 3 km, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Porto Maurizio" 15 km, sandy beach "Imperia - Porto Maurizio" 15 km.
