Yes very poor customer service and room ac didn’t work. Cancelled reservation and was still charged for the night even though room wasn’t in working condition. Ended up, switching to a different hotel and not staying in the room for longer than 15 minutes. The remote for the television barely worked. The air conditioning unit was in the bathroom and nowhere near the beds. I booked through Expedia and Expedia was very understanding and willing to give me a full refund. The woman who was working front desk at this hotel refused to give me a full refund, which is not fair to me to be responsible as she said she would not be able to rent the room to another individual even though the room did not have working air-conditioning or heater. How could this possibly be rented out to another person? The front desk associate even mentioned that they have had problems in this room before with the air-conditioning unit.

The entry door didn't close all the way, and we had to push a chair against the door to keep the rain and cold air from coming into the room. They tried to charge more than what the reservation said it was supposed to be. I had to show them the confirmation to get it adjusted, and they still charged me more than I should have paid. The breakfast was a joke!

Room was big. Parking right in front of room was convenient. Pet friendly, but the room smelled of animals; musty. Carpet needed to be cleaned. Nice having microwave & frig in room. Close to lots of restaurants. Typical hotel breakfast. Probably wouldn’t stay there again because of cleanliness.
