From the photos online I expected a bit more from this Best Western. I cannot imagine anyone wanting to swim in the pool given the location (in a parking lot on a busy street). There is limited parking and when I first arrived (at night) I had to park a good distance from my room, as the parking lot was full of big work trucks. All in all, I would not stay here again.

Our check in staff was rude and snotty. Check out staff Kimberly was very pleasant and helpful. Overall we've stayed in better places and worse places. This was in the middle. Location was perfect!

This place is a little difficult to get into it you're approaching from AZ69 from Prescott Valley due to the way 2 highways merge right in front of the property. The staff was friendly and efficient, the property is clean, and the breakfast room had a lot of selections. We had an issue with the air conditioning. It never shut off, and the room was cold all the time. We followed the specific directions left in the room, but no success in either raising the temperature or just turning the thing off. Fortunately we were only there to sleep, and the bed had plenty of coverings.

The breakfast was superior, many choices and eating area was large, no problem finding a table. Rooms are extra large, staff were all friendly. On property Mexican restaurant was handy, prices reasonable and offered 10% discount for hotel guests.
