A beautiful cottage style getaway nestled in the heart of Prescott located 1 mile from Historic Downtown Prescott Courthouse Square & Whiskey Row. The bungalow has two TVs, both logged into Hulu, Netflix, Paramount +, Prime, Peacock and Apple TV. The cottage has beach style vibes and is located at the end of a quiet street. The rental has a doggy door that goes directly outside to a gated backyard. Access to a detached garage as well as plenty of on property parking. Walking distance to Granite Creek Park which has plenty of walking trails small creeks running through the park as well as a small BMX trail. Very close to tons of great restaurants, including La Planchada, Park Place Liquor and Deli, Nick's Feed Your Face subs, Papa's Italian,Doc's BBQ and many more!

Cute little place in Prescott. It was very clean and perfect for a getaway weekend with my wife and dog. Communication with Jennifer was great the entire time. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to town.

We enjoyed our stay at Jennifer‘s little studio apartment for the weekend. Her place is equipped with everything you need. Everything was as described and Jennifer was always responding quickly whenever we needed anything or had questions. Her place is pet friendly and has a fenced in backyard for our fur baby to use, so that’s was a big plus for us. We can recommend this place and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Jennifer for having us.

We were looking for somewhere to stay that was pet friendly for the weekend, without the huge price tag and all the bells and whistles. This home was exactly as described. The host was gracious, and even though they live on the property we still felt we had our privacy. The thoughtful touches throughout were what really pushed this to five stars for me, and where the host went above and beyond what you normally have with a property (q tips, waters, pristine bars, makeup wipes, etc.). My only feedback to make it even better would be for curtains in the bedroom to help block the light from the 5 am sunrises. Would definitely suggest this stay for anyone looking for a cozy place to stay while exploring Prescott!
