Self check-in with a secure door code—no front desk, no waiting. Codes activate at 4 PM, and you can check in anytime after.
Early check-in is always available at 1 PM, 2 PM, or 3 PM for $9/hour. Even earlier check-in may be available based on reservations.

Our location is right on Broad Street in the heart of downtown Prescott. That means a front-row seat to the energy of the city—including nightlife, music, traffic, and trains. If you're sensitive to sound, this may not be the right fit.

All reservations required a electronically signed lease agreement. If the lease is not signed with 24 hours the reservation is cancelled.
A security hold is required before arrival in the amount of $200. The hold is automatically held on the card used to make the reservation.
