We booked this as our home base for my daughters wedding weekend in Prescott. It was perfect! Very clean, roomy and the manager was easily accessible thru the website and her cell phone. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for a week’s stay while I attended a class. It was well furnished, clean and comfortable. Great location with walking distance to whiskey row, restaurants and shopping. Hosts were attentive and great to work with. Could be cool at night if you have HVAC on A/C but there are blankets and you can always turn the heat on. Kitchen has everything you need and nice to be able to do laundry. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was conveniently located within very easy walking distance to old downtown and also close to Grocery and drug store. The kitchen was stocked with all equipment needed. Back porch was a nice place to enjoy the outdoors. I would recommend and stay again if in the area. Coffee bar as well as a brewery across the street.
