The location is perfect if you want to walk everywhere. We walked to the Elks Threatre & to dinner. They had a huge sitting room with tons of seating and a warm fireplace. Very welcoming The hotel room was spotless! But it was cold but they gave us a space heater that definitely made it comfortable. It is a very old hotel that has small rooms but updated & very adequate. Elevator is old style and small. We used it & it worked fine. The staircases were very wide & nice! Shower was excellent and hot water. I appreciated FREE bottled waters & assurance of more if needed. I find many hotels charge for bottled water. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We love this hotel and have stayed a few times for fun and a getaway from the valley. The beds are comfortable and rooms clean. The speakeasy in the basement is super cool and has delicious cocktails and great service too.

This place is amazing, 2nd trip in 1 month. Came here after New Years and loved it so much went back for a second trip and brought my 80 + parents and our daughter and son-in-law. We ended taking 3 rooms and everyone had the best time. Great location being righ downtown. And just the history of the speakeasy time era. Loved and believe me, there's definitely another trip coming.

We loved our stay at this beautiful, historic hotel. Everything was perfect, the staff, the old elevator, and the ultra cool speakeasy downstairs with the most amazing cocktails ever. I would recommend staying here and will stay here again. The bed was super comfortable and everything was clean, great stay.
