Our cozy home features a front and back yard for your family and furry friends to enjoy. Relax on the front porch with a cup of coffee, or enjoy a barbecue with your loved ones in the backyard.

Inside, you'll find comfortable and stylish furnishings, plenty of room to relax, Cozy and inviting bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen for entertaining guests.

🏡 This property consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a comfortable living space equipped with a smart TV (No Cable) and plenty of seating options, a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, a dinning area, a laundry room, a private and fully fenced front yard, and a “shared” backyard.
🛏 The front bedroom is very spacious, consists of a comfortable king sized bed, and has “his and her” closets.
🛏 The middle bedroom is designed to be a kids bedroom with two twin beds.
🛏 🛀 The back bedroom is the master, also furnished with a very comfortable king sized bed. It’s attached bathroom has a claw foot tub, but we will be adding a shower very shortly.
🛁 The main bathroom is a full bathroom with both a shower and a tub.
🚗 Entrance and Parking
- You will initially enter through the front door, and will access the home by our keyless entry system which will be programmed with a code specifically for you.
You are welcomed to continue to park on the street as it’s public parking and use the front as your main entrance. If you want more secluded parking, you have a designated parking space located behind the home. There is also a keypad lock on the back door if you wish for that to be your primary parking and entrance during your stay.

You will have the entire home to yourself.
The only thing that will be off limits to you is the owners closet, which is located in the front bedroom, and the second story of the home, which is completely separate and unoccupied.

We give you 100% privacy, but we live locally and are available when needed.

This home is located on a beautiful and well kept historic street lined with historic Victorian homes.
The neighborhood is extremely safe, and the sidewalks make for an easy and fun walk with family or pets.


The home across the street is a small private school. No noise comes from this school, but the school does bring in a few extra cars during pick-up and drop-off times. We are confident that this won’t be an inconvenience during your stay, but wanted to note for transparency:)
