Unfortunately, there were no dining facilities open during our stay. We had to leave the property to find local places to dine. Luckily, we were familiar enough with the area to locate options. We stay mainly because of it being attached to the casino. Some of the benefits listed for my Expedia VIP stay were not offered. The front desk staff is always very courteous-we've stayed many times in the past but hadn't been in well over a year. My honest thoughts are that the rooms need a bit of a face lift. The carpets are well worn and buckled. The lobby area is very pleasant and the views from the back patio/fire pit area are amazing.

Staff was courteous, the lobby bar was great with live entertainment. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were very nice. Rooms have little to no insulation so its a little noisy but city views are nice and rooms are spacious. Small casino attached to hotel also.

Nice suite but pool bottom so rough it cut up my feet. Also, was told there would be a charge to have a copl3of family members use the pool with me when that isnt stated anywhere. Also received attitude from a staff person when I asked to get towels from her when she had a bin full of them.

Room was recently renovated which was nice. However, the door to the rooms were really beat up and shabby. The casino is very small and on three levels. However, the staff was all very nice.

The rooms are dated and need an upgrade. The carpet in our room was rumpled and a tripping hazard. While the rooms are spacious, the bathroom is silly small - the door opens with a 2” clearance from the toilet. Lack of room service in the evening is a bummer since we arrived tired around 7:30pm. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
