Restaurant wasn’t open coffee shop wasn’t open, despite these being closed staff (Guy) was on us like white on rice because we walked in with Starbucks because their coffee shop again was CLOSED. “No outside food or beverage on the first floor. If we didnt prepare it we cannot have it out here.” That’s nice. Had your establishment been an option we would have gladly given it our business. This felt very rude. Room keys also would not open the doors. Only positive was the view and Andre at check in. He was very pleasant and welcoming.

The hotel is not a resort in a way that most tourists would think of a resort. It is outdated and full of issues that seem like they are in need of someone that knows what they’re doing. We didn’t receive our paid for food credits and we also did not receive our room upgrade. I would it recommend this place at all.

The room was newly renovated and tastefully decorated, and the hotel overall was a very attractive facility. The views from the room were as good or better than any resort hotel I have stayed at. The staff was attentive and pleasant, although the check-in was a bit slow, only two staff for that so the wait was somewhat long.
