Make any reservation changes neede at check in!

When I checked in I told the desk clerk at the time that my stay would be extended one day from March 19th to March 20th. She responded by saying "That's not a problem." Four days later I returned to find that my room key no longer worked. I went to the front desk and the desk clerk told me that they were unable to manipulate a hotels.com reservation. He immediately offered to extend me a new reservation to which I replied yes thank you. He completed the new reservation and issued me new keys. I've been went to my room and discovered that my personal effects had been removed including my dinner for that evening and soft drinks. I returned to the front desk and inquired about my personal effects. The desk clerk inquired to maid service and my personal effects were returned less my meals and drinks. Not that I was actually expecting it but I'll note that there was no offer to replace these items. I went back to the desk clerk for the third time and asked politely if I might speak to him about this experience . So let's talk about the room for a second. I asked to check in if there was a ground floor room to which the desk clerk responded yes there is and put me in it. It was a no smoking room. However, upon entering the room I was immediately assaulted by the smell of smoke. This room had obviously not always been a no smoking room and was far far from being reconditioned as one. Knowing that the hotel was almost at capacity, I chose to remain in the room and buy some Febreze.

I love that they are pet friendly. They have not one but 2 different pet areas on property. The pet fee isn't outrageous its very reasonable.

Nice hotel.

Nice stay for the price.

Was clean and comfortable stay. The breakfast was cool. A little something to hold you over. Waffles, Cereal, Oatmeal, yogurt, apple. A nice stay for the affordable price I paid.
