Ashley, from the front counter made our check-in/stay easy and painless. We arrived without reservation and were helped out to an exceptional degree, given advice on ways to book at a cheaper rate by using apps such as expedia for our group of three, one-day-stay. The room was clean/decorated with a cozy modern touch. Deffinitly felt "new". Bathroom is wonderful and spacious, beds are comfy! We enjoyed our stay at this Quality Inn and feel welcomed for our day ahead in Prescott.

Front desk very friendly and welcoming. Gave us info on locak attractions and food. Rooms very tidy. Kids had a great time in the pool. The only dissapointing thing was no kids channels on the tv. Not a big deal.
