We never got a room because you gave our room to someone else and tried to blame the system. We reserved a two queen bed deluxe and you only had a single king. That didn't help us with 2 kids. We wanted to give you guys a try, but at 8:30 at night after I called around 6 to confirm was not cool.

I stay here a few times a year and am always blown away with how wonderful the people who work here are! They help make my stay more pleasurable. The rooms are always spotless. The location is perfect! I love this place!
