The Space:

Relax among the pines at this inviting three-bedroom, one-bathroom Prescott cabin. Surrounded by trees and frequently visited by local wildlife, the home offers a peaceful setting for families and friends looking to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the outdoors.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire cabin, including all three bedrooms, the kitchen, living and dining spaces, bathroom, and outdoor patio. Arrival and access instructions will be provided before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

The cabin is tucked into a quiet, wooded area of Prescott surrounded by tall pines and native wildlife. Goldwater Lake and nearby trails make it easy to spend time outdoors, while downtown Prescott’s restaurants, shops, galleries, Whiskey Row, and Courthouse Square are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is necessary for reaching the cabin and exploring the surrounding area. Goldwater Lake is approximately a five-minute drive, and downtown Prescott is about 15 minutes away. Mountain roads may be dark at night, and seasonal weather can affect driving conditions, so guests should plan accordingly.



Other Things to Note:

The cabin accommodates a maximum of six guests and has one shared bathroom. Pets are welcome with prior notice and applicable fees; please include all pets when booking.



Wildlife—including deer, javelinas, squirrels, and occasionally bears—may pass through the property. Please observe animals from a safe distance, supervise children and pets outdoors, and never leave food or trash outside. Parties and events are not permitted.

The place was very cute and modern in all the right ways! We enjoyed all the windows to watch the deer and javelina and enoy our coffee and breakfast! Lots to do around the area, the only thing we were a little disappointed, was the living room furniture was very uncomfortable and we couldn't get deck lights to work to enjoy sitting out in evenings! But with that being said we would like to go back and stay when we aren't on the run so much, since we were there with our Daughter and our adult Granddaughter for our Grandson graduation from High School. Lots of nice people up there as well!

One of the best stays we’ve had in Prescott. Lovely neighborhood in the pines. Deer and javelina everywhere. Such a nice, peaceful retreat.

Beautiful Property with Cons

This property was beautiful, there is no doubt about that. There were some cons for us that will not have us coming back. I do want to highlight that the property and location is wonderful. The linen, living space, bedrooms are all designed with thought and great taste- and are comfortable. The kitchen is small, but you can see that in the pictures so it is to be expected. It came with everything you would need, included a pantry with staple items- plenty of seasoning, storage, as well as a nice coffee bar. You are expected to wash your dishes and put them away before leaving. There is no dishwasher. I am not a fan of this, mainly because I do not trust previous tenants to do this properly, and there is a big cleaning fee. No one wants to do chores on vacation so I can see this chore not being done well. Personal opinion. If you are sensitive to being cold, the home does not overall heat up, you are reliant on space heaters. There are plenty to chose from. The biggest con for us was the smell. The home has an overwhelming constant smell of campfire. The smell was not outside, only in the home. We did not use the fireplace in the property. For one, if you use it- you have to clean it all out before checking out- another chore. Not only did we smell of campfire our entire trip, but so did everything we brought home- clean clothes and all. It really was a damper to the trip and a headache!! The host was contacted about it and he was easy to reach.
