Our property is located in the peaceful and scenic Williamson Valley area of Prescott, known for its wide-open spaces, beautiful mountain views, and quiet rural charm. We are directly across from the iconic Granite Mountain, offering stunning views and easy access to outdoor adventure. The Granite Mountain Trailhead is less than a 1/4 mile away, perfect for hiking, biking, horseback riding, or leisurely walks through nature.

The neighborhood is made up of large ranches, farms, and custom homes, giving it a laid-back, country feel while still being conveniently close to town. You’ll enjoy a true escape from the city without sacrificing access to amenities — historic downtown Prescott, with its restaurants, shops, and famous Courthouse Square, is just a 15-minute drive away.

Guests have full access to the entire RV Space and amenities listed. Please note the Gym, and other listed amenities are a shared space, and not exclusive to your stay. Please be mindful when using the space, and limit usage to 30 Minutes if there are other guests waiting to use space.

We want to make sure that it is clear that you are booking an RV SPACE and NOT and RV. This RV space can be booked separately or as an add on to the Zebra Compound!

We require that guests complete our Pre-Arrival Form & House Terms & Lease within 24 hours of booking. These forms are sent as a link immediately after booking to both the venue message. Your reservation is not confirmed until these forms are complete. If forms are not complete within the 24 hour period NexAero Vacation Rentals reserves the right to cancel booking reservation. Primary Booking Guest must be 23 yrs of age & must be physically staying at property. Primary guest is responsible for all guests.

This property also has an Event Venue with a capacity of up to 300 guests. There is an additional Event Fee and the Venue will need to be booked separately. Please reach out if you are interested in booking the entire compound and all properties.

We do allow guests to use the Gym & Game Room if available and if no formal event or scheduled use is in progress, including but not limited to: practices, formal events, repair, etc.. These are shared spaces for any guest renting the property and as such no single guest has exclusive access, unless rented exclusively. Per STR contract there are time limits on use & liability that must be followed.

OFF-LIMIT AREAS - STABLES, ANY AREAS PAST ENTRANCE TO GYM, & MAIN HOUSE. THIS IS FOR SAFETY & PRIVACY. THESE AREAS HAVE ANIMALS, INCLUDING AN OLDER DOG. THE DOG IS FRIENDLY AND VOCAL BUT TENDS TO ACT AS A PROTECTOR IN THESE AREAS. THIS IS A WORKING RANCH.

The smart TV offers access to Netflix, Roku, and other streaming platforms—please note there is no cable service.

All properties have kitchen facilities. The Cottage kitchen includes a portable two-burner hot plate stored in a cabinet, as there is no built-in stovetop.

Property Policies:
- Primary Booking Guest must be 23 yrs of age & must be physically staying at property unless granted an exception. Primary guest is responsible for all guests.
- A fee up to 4% may be held to cover admin and CC fees if reservation is cancelled or changed
- We reserve the right to request and hold a fully refundable deposit depending on guest status, reviews, and situational circumstances.
- Early or Late check-in/outs are offered for a fee of $25/hour but cannot always be accommodated. A link will be provided to purchase.
- Pets are limited to Qty. 1-2 dogs and must be disclosed prior to arrival, must be approved, and fees must be paid prior to arrival.
- Pets are allowed per agreement. Pets can only be housed in the Cottage and the tiny house. Pets are not allowed in the Main House.
- Parking is restricted to Qty 6 total cars at property, either in the street or in driveway, unless otherwise agreed with owner.
- This property also has an Event Venue with a capacity of up to 300 guests. There is an additional Event Fees and the Venue will need to be booked separately. Please reach out if you are interested in booking the entire compound and all properties.
-Quiet hours 10 pm–7 am. No parties or unauthorized events outside approved event use.
-The use or discharge of any firearm on property is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and notification of law enforcement.
-Security Surveillance: Exterior cameras are present throughout the compound for safety; no cameras are located inside any unit.
- Any Wedding or Event requires Rental of the Zebra Venue separately with associated event insurance & contract.
- Please be aware that the house can accommodate up to 16 but there is an additional fee of $20/night/person over 12 guests for additional cleaning and associated costs. This is clearly shown when you enter guests numbers and is stated again in the house terms that are required to be signed within 24hrs.
