The Executive Suite is a brand-new, tastefully furnished mini-apartment located on the first floor of the Domus Sagari B&B.
The suite consists of a double bedroom with an armchair, built-in closet, and TV; an en-suite bathroom with shower and complimentary toiletries; a kitchen-dining area; and a small balcony.
This recently built accommodation was created through the renovation of historic homes in the historic center of Presicce - Acquarica.
A charming inner courtyard is available for guests to enjoy socializing outdoors, shared by all guests.

Domus Sagari is located in the center of Presicce, one of Italy?s most beautiful villages and among the most charming in Lower Salento, which forms a single municipality with Acquarica del Capo.
Presicce has a very charming historic center, with squares and narrow streets, churches and underground olive oil mills, courtyards and patios just waiting to be discovered.
This charming village in the Salento hinterland is located just 10 km from the seaside resorts of Lido Marini and Torre Vado on the Ionian coast, and about 13 km from the beautiful cliffs of Novaglie on the eastern coast.

 



- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Breakfast included, served at a bar 20m from the property, from 08:00 to 10:00.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 25 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
