Preston Docks is a 25 minute walk from the property, and there is a co-op for your groceries just 10 minutes walk away. Preston Train Station is a 15 minute drive or 20 minute bus journey from the property.
Getting Around:
Lancaster Canal as well as surrounding parks are all just a 5-10 minute walk from the property. Central Preston, as well as Preston Train Station is 20 minute bus journey or 15 minutes by car.

Please note if you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge.

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
