The cottage is located on our farm, i.e. the farm is your neighbour - idyllic apart from our a few animal noises and twit twoos from our resident barn owls! It’s mainly quiet, with a good sized, private, enclosed, south facing garden with a hot tub and garden furniture on the patio. There’s rolling fields behind and access to country walks. Off road parking for a 2 medium sized cars and free Wi-Fi. Great access to major roads, motorways, tourism, countryside, seaside towns and major cities.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to Mill Farm Sports Village. A hot tub and laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the cottage.

Absolutely lovely stay all round

We loved our stay at Jaynes property, check in was so easy, property is in a beautiful location with rolling fields at the back. House is well kept and has everything you need. We will be back
