Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We arrived at midnight and found the hotel in a semi derilict state...the reception was obvoously under refurbishment and there were no staff members available to book in...we had to book into the nearby premier in at 1.30am to get a bed for the night after a 7 hour journey from lanzarote....we request a refund,.
