Artist Cottage is Situated uniquely between Royal Troon and Old Prestwick golf courses and a few minutes walk to the white sandy beach with all the amenities of Ayrshire close to hand. You can enjoy Golfing, walking, cycling, swimming or sightseeing the West coast of Scotland from a central, private location. Relax and unwind in the fresh sea air!

One double room and one small room with futon which could accommodate a young child or adult. Bathroom and Shower only. Open Plan Large living/dining/kitchen area. The cottage has recently been refurbished and tastefully decorated to a luxurious finish

Situated right beside Royal Troon Golf course where the Golf Open 2024 was held, you can enjoy a coastal walk along either Troon or Prestwick Golf Courses. (The Red Lion in Prestwick is considered to be the birthplace of the OPEN Championship)
Long White sandy beaches a few minutes walk from the House offee stunning views to the Isle of Arran, lots of wildlife and of course you can wild sea swim, kayak or paddle board. Prestwick sailing club offers summer sailing courses and hot sauna pods for sea dipping. Ideal for wellbeing weekends.
Prestwick Town has a wide variety of cafes, bars and restaurants to enjoy, with numerous boutiques and gift shops to peruse.
A day trip to Isle of Arran on the Troon ferry is highly recommended with a visit to Brodick Castle and Arran Aromatics, for whisky lovers Lochranza Distillery boasts a wide selection of all types of whiskys, tasting compulsory!!
Dumfries House belongs to HRH King Charles and hosts one of the largest collection of Chippendale furniture, along with beautiful gardens, oriental features and Crazy Maze.
Scotland's most famous Poet "Rabbie Burns" Cottage and museum is a must to visit with tasty food and homebaking in the Burns Centre. Visit the Brig O Doon and the Spooky Auld Kirk where Tam O'Shanter encountered witches and sourcery.
