The Prestwick Pad
The Prestwick Pad is a detached villa over 2 levels catering for a maximum of 8 people guests. Bright spacious lounge with a smart TV, spacious dining room with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen with utility room and cosy conservatory. There is a downstairs shower room with walk in shower and family bathroom upstairs. Street parking available and two spaces in a private driveway. Lovely sized private fully enclosed rear garden, which offers safety for younger people and pet members of the family and allows for the opportunity to enjoy alfresco dining and some “me” time.
The poperty is within walking distance of Prestwick main street which has nice shops and plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. It`s close to the beach which has beautiful views and kids playparks and also close to the golf course.
Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply. Partying and excessive noise is not permitted, failure to comply will lead to a fine. Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply. All pets must be pre-booked, no animals should be allowed on beds or sofas. Where allowed pets will be charged at £25 each.
Both bathrooms are fitted with privacy glass, meaning that you can look out but no one can look in from the outside of the property.
