Belvidere Cottage is located on waterfront reserve in picturesque
Pretty Beach. Only 10 minutes level walk to Hardys Bay waterfront
village with cafe`s, restaurant and specialty shops. This stylish
holiday house overlooks the picturesque Brisbane Waters and its
clever design allows you to take full advantage of the soothing
water views from most windows. A beautiful deck invites alfresco
dining and the home caters for entertaining in a relaxed setting.

If you are feeling energetic you can walk down the rear steps to the
waterfront reserve which links Pretty Beach to Hardy`s Bay. In one
direction is the public tennis court and boat ramp and the other
direction offers the food, wine and shopping of Hardys Bay. Surfing,
swimming, bushwalking and fishing are a few of features of this
beautiful peninsula.

Pretty Beach is the charming centre of the Bouddi Peninsula with
amazing bushwalks through the National Park.

Picturesque and peaceful, Killcare, Pretty Beach and Hardys Bay
offer an idyllic coastal lifestyle. Residents have beaches and
bushland at their disposal and they take maximum advantage of
both. Putty Beach is a firm favourite, and the Bouddi Coastal Walk,
which stretches all the way to Macmasters Beach, is a local go-to.
Bouddi National Park is a natural delight, with walking trails,
mountain biking tracks, fishing spots and beautiful beaches that are
a world away from the daily grind.

Killcare Village caters to basic shopping and service needs and
features an art gallery, general store, hair salon, and boutique
shops. It is afactor in the low-key, community feel the suburb is
known for, and bigger shopping malls are just a short drive away.
When it comes to dining, Killcare and Hardys Bay is a hidden
hotspot. There are fine dining restaurants like The Wild flower Bar and
Dining(located inside Bells at Killcare), as well as relaxed beachside
eateries such as The Fat Goose and Hardys Bay Bistro.

I highly recommend this property

I highly recommend this property because of the location, ample space for those looking for a house for six people, and stunning view from the balcony to the lake. The only thing that needs to improve is the property's cleanliness, two examples: the utensils in the kitchen were dirty and greasy, and those who are allergic will suffer from dust and mite.

Lovely Stay

Lovely home with amazing views. The home had all the basics. Some surfaces and floors were dirty but we were fine wiping and sweeping before use. The beds were comfortable and electronics worked well. The biggest selling point for us was the views and the outdoor garden space. This retreat was much needed. As in previous reviews, you must be warned about the driveway. Our standard SUV was fine doing down the steep driveway so long as you go slow. The Corolla hatchback was damaged despite going slow and entering at an angle. No issues exiting the driveway. Be sure to have a spotter stand outside and guide you. Otherwise, nice accommodation and would stay again.

Cute Coastal Retreat

Beautiful water views. Very clean. Lots of utensils. Aircon Unit x 1 worked well. Mattresses on beds bit thin, and Laundary looks rough but everything works. Very recommended

We really enjoyed the cottage. It was a real joy sitting on the deck with the views and the bird life. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, disappointing house.

vely location. However, disappointing in other aspects. Basic supplies did not exist, eg. paper towel, dishwashing tablets, hair shampoo, condiments. Also, the house needs updating and more precise explanation in advertising. Ensuite is an added shower over toilet virtually on top of basin. Cracked toilet seat and leaking taps in 2nd bathroom. House needs overall attention. Not to mention washing machine under the house, as explained, however, very uninviting to wash in that environment! Weather was perfect so we were lucky to enjoy the beautiful outlook.

Great location, spacious open plan feel!

Home is in a great location within walking distance to the bay and beaches. Great water views through a line of trees. Double volume living area with a long spacious balcony makes for easy entertaining while looking into the water lapping below! The property was very well appointed with all kitchen appliances/utensils and gadgets supplied! While it worked for us, the main ensuite was a little small and could be uncomfortable for larger people. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay and will certainly return!

In a nice little spot

The property has a very cottage feel - small, neat and cosy. The balcony that backs onto the waterfront and bushland is definitely a highlight. Internally the furnishings are showing their age and have obviously been well loved. Overall our group of 4 didn't believe we received value for our money - the location and surroundings is what you pay for here.

Beautiful, quiet home in great location

Lovely week in this lovely home. The deck is the best bit with a beautiful view out over Brisbane waters and lots of wildlife around. Great walking tracks on your doorstep and great local things to do like tennis and kayaking. Breakfast spots just moments away! House was clean and had everything we needed. Only thing to be aware of is no wifi but that didn’t bother us! Thank you for such a great trip!!

Lovely house, beautiful view

This was a lovely little house, the view is absolutely gorgeous and the location pretty good. Unfortunately it just wasn't very clean. We enjoyed our stay, but arriving to dirty floors was a bit disappointing. I'm sure it was probably just a glitch, would recommend it on all other accounts.
