It is important to note that the rental consists of 2 houses, each equipped with its own kitchen, connected by a door on the ground floor, though there is no internal connecting door between the floors.

On the ground floor, the welcoming entrance hall leads into a spacious living and dining room featuring a veranda, a flat-screen television, a CD player, and a DVD player. A separate lounge area is also available, furnished with a flat-screen television and a radio. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table and a comprehensive range of appliances detailed in the amenities section.

All 4 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The first bedroom features 1 bunk bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom also contains 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a private bathroom with a hand basin. The fourth bedroom offers 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 sofabed measuring 80 cm in width and 170 cm in length, and includes a shower. In addition to the private facilities in the third and fourth bedrooms, the upper floor also provides a shared shower and 2 separate WCs.
