On the first floor of the villa you will find a cozy fireplace and a couch facing the glass door through which you can watch the sunset over the sea. In the same room there is a fully equipped kitchen with natural light and another dining room for up to 8 people.

One of the comfortable, elegantly designed double rooms is located on the first floor, the other 3 are on the upper floor.
