This incredible loft, full of unique county architecture is the perfect place for anyone looking for a smaller space located right in the action. The loft has a wonderful local feel with all conveniences of a home including a full bath with shower, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room and a private entrance with parking.

A shared outdoor space including a BBQ is also available for use during your stay.
Step outside, and you are a short walk to Picton, ready to visit the incredible breweries, restaurants, parks and
shopping.

STA # ST-2021-0283

A damage deposit 'hold' of $1000 will be placed on your credit card prior to check in. The hold will be released after a post check out inspection confirming that no damage was caused to the property during your stay.
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days prior to check-in.
Reservations cancelled within 30 days of check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit. Reservations are non-refundable within 14 days of check-in. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.

Great space, great location

Loved the area, so close to Main Street Picton. Nestled in amongst a lot of beautifully restored victorians. The “loft” was the perfect size for two adults and their dog.

Amazing location

Location was great! Super close to downtown Picton making everything walkable. Place is spacious. Watch your head on the ceilings upstairs and limited hanging space for clothes but we make it work with the bannister upstairs. Would stay again.
